We offer 60 minutes of one to one Personal Training for over 50s; focusing on strength, mobility and balance training.
Most of the time, people shy away from Strength Training, especially senior population. Ironically, strength training is a powerful tool for improving bone density, increasing muscle mass, and helping the senior population age gracefully.
With AgeWell Program, we design functional exercise and workout program to prevent fall risk, increase muscle mass, manage chronic disease more effectively; and enjoy the retirement life for over 50s.
