Move Well Then Move Often

We offer 60 minutes of one to one Personal Training; focusing on getting your body to move freely and pain-free.

Our top priority during training would be in the presence to connect mind and body. By establishing the neuromuscular connectivity then only we can start moving and lifting efficiently; thus building the muscle strength and mass we need for physical well-being.

MoveWell program not only empower you with the basic 5 movements, we ensure you meet your fitness goal while moving pain-free in your daily activity.

What is in the program?

  • Postural assessment

  • inBody measurement

  • 8 sessions of personal training

  • 2 sessions of deep tissue and fascial stretching

  • Behavioural changes

  • Nutritional advice

We will work with you to build a strong foundation of physical well-being even you have zero background in exercise or weight lifting.
